Material on the move
Scaffolding material is rarely in one place. Baurapport keeps stock per storage location — and every vehicle is one.

Stock per storage location
You keep couplers, tubes and boards with quantities in the central warehouse and on every vehicle. A vehicle storage location is created automatically as soon as you add the vehicle.

Transfer instead of searching
When material is loaded from the warehouse onto the lorry, you transfer it. The history shows who booked what, where and when.

Fall protection assigned
Harnesses and helmets with chin straps are PPE in stock, assigned to one person. Everyone sees their equipment in the app under «My inventory».

Photos of the finished scaffold
After erection, the employee photographs the scaffold in the report. The pictures are then also in the site gallery.
Coupler, tube, board
Seven items: scaffold couplers, 2 m scaffold tubes and 3 m timber boards with quantities, an SW19 spanner, plus harness, helmet with chin strap and safety shoes. The couplers start with a minimum stock of 50 pieces.

Checklist per site
What needs doing on site is listed as a checklist on the site — your workers tick it off in the report. For example:
- Side protection and toe boards fitted
- Access and ladder access secured
- Scaffold photographed and reported to site management
- Material counted and loaded during dismantling

What businesses want to know first
Can I record length, height and bays?
Yes: length and height in metres, the bays as a number, plus a tick for the structural design — in the report under «Daily output».
Does the «Structural design approved» field replace the scaffold inspection?
No. The tick records that the approval is in place — nothing more. Photos of the scaffold go into the report, documents as PDF on the site.
Do I know where which material is?
Per storage location: in the central warehouse, on every vehicle and in further stores you create yourself — for example for a large site where the scaffold stands for weeks. Transfers remain in the history with person and reason.
How do we record erection and dismantling?
As a report on the site, for every day and every person. For erection with the measurements in the daily output, for dismantling with the hours — the fields do not have to be filled in every day.
