Pricing & billing
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatically — we charge nothing without your confirmation. Before the trial ends you'll get an email and can decide to subscribe. If you do nothing, your access expires. For 30 days you can then still download all data or subscribe, after which it is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. An upgrade (e.g. Team to Business) takes effect immediately and is pro-rated, a downgrade at the end of the current billing period. Going from Enterprise back to a package? We take care of that for you — a short message is enough.
What if my team grows and the user limit gets too small?
The Subscription page always shows how many seats are in use, and the bar changes colour before the plan is full. Switching to the next plan is one click — no data loss, no downtime.
How can I pay?
By credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe — monthly or yearly.
Are there contract terms?
No. Monthly plans are cancellable monthly. Annual plans renew automatically for another year unless you cancel before expiry. Cancellation is anytime in the dashboard — no support emails needed.
Is my data stored in Switzerland?
Yes. All data lies on servers in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva). We don't transfer data to the US — except if you enable Stripe payments, in which case Stripe uses standard routing for processing (see Privacy Policy).
What does each additional worker cost on the Solo plan?
Solo is fixed at 1 user. For 2-5 users you'll need the Team plan (CHF 49/month). We don't charge per user — you pay a fixed plan price, whether 1 or 5 workers are active.
Do I need extra licences for my workers?
No. The user count in the plan (e.g. up to 5 on Team) covers everyone — boss, back-office and worker. Inviting is free.
