What businesses want to know first
Can I record the pressure test in the report?
Yes: the test pressure in bar, the test duration in hours and whether the pipework is leak-tight. There is no separate form for a test report; you store the photo of the pressure gauge in the same report.
We do new builds and service — can we do both?
Yes. Under Company, tick Service / Maintenance as an additional trade. You then choose per site or department which fields a new report starts with. Existing reports keep their fields.
Does the profile also apply to heating and ventilation?
Yes, in the app it is called «Plumbing / Heating / Ventilation». If you mainly maintain systems, add the «Service / Maintenance» profile with system no., readings and defects.
Do the installed materials go on the invoice?
If they were chosen from stock, yes: the time-and-materials invoice takes them over at the sales price you store on the item. Materials typed in freely appear without a price until you enter one.
