Report app for bricklayers and builders
Everyone in the crew writes their own report on the phone — with hours, walling area and mortar. The boss and the office see all reports in one place.
Three fields for the masonry
The «Bricklayer / Builder / Paving layer» profile shows three fields under «Daily output». They appear in the language the employee has set: German, French, Italian or English.
The area of wall built that day.
Brick, sand-lime brick, natural stone — entered freely.
Mortar used, in kilograms.
Everyone reports for themselves
A report belongs to one person, one site and one day. That way hours and pay are right for each individual.
-
The whole crew at a glance
In the office the week's reports are listed one below the other, with regular, overtime, travel and on-call per person. Anyone without a report yet is listed by name under «No report» — with the «Send reminder» button next to it.
-
Four types of hours
Regular, overtime, travel time and on-call in quarter hours — kept separate, just as you account for them.
-
Mixers and machines
You keep the mortar mixer as a tool in stock and lend it out with the site. On return you record its condition.
-
Billing time and materials
For work charged by the hour, the site's reports produce the time-and-materials invoice — with a Swiss QR-bill in PDF.

Mortar, bricks, mixer
Eight items for the shell: masonry mortar, NF brick and reinforcing steel as consumables, brick trowel, shovel and a 140 L mortar mixer as tools, plus hard hat and S3 safety shoes. The brick starts with a minimum stock of 100 pieces.
- Masonry mortar 25kg
- Brick NF
- Reinforcing bar 8mm
- Brick trowel
- Shovel
- Mortar mixer 140L
- Hard hat
- Safety shoes S3
Checklist per site
What needs doing on site is listed as a checklist on the site — your workers tick it off in the report. For example:
- Axes and levels checked
- Openings set according to plan
- Reinforcement photographed before concreting
- Masonry covered overnight
Examples — you set the items yourself.
What businesses want to know first
Can the foreman report for the whole crew?
No. Everyone writes their own report — a report belongs to one person, one site and one day. In return, the boss and the office see all reports together, and a department head sees those of their department.
Can I record the walling area and the mortar?
Yes: the area in m², the brick type as text and the mortar in kilograms, in the report under «Daily output».
Are travel time and overtime kept separate?
Yes. Regular, overtime, travel time and on-call are separate fields. What the National Collective Agreement (LMV) says about breaks and the Znüni break is explained in the guide Breaks on the building site.
Does the profile also suit pavers?
Yes, in the app it is called «Bricklayer / Builder / Paving layer». Area, brick type and mortar work for masonry as well as for paving.
