Every company reports differently. The boss hides what isn’t needed — checklist, daily output, material or photos — and simplifies time entry: normal hours only, with the daily target prefilled on request. In the simplest case, what remains is hours and a note — recorded in ten seconds.
Weekly grid & approval
All workers in one grid: days as columns, colours show the status — draft, submitted, approved — plus a target comparison per person. The boss approves the whole week in one click, optionally in two steps: the department head checks first, then the boss approves. One click on a cell opens the day’s report; export (PDF/Excel) included.

Tech & security
PWA & offline
Progressive Web App — no Play Store, no App Store. One click installs it on the phone. On a poor connection, pages and documents you have already opened stay readable, and entries in the report are saved on the device until they reach the server. Full offline capture is being built.
Mobile app
Dedicated mobile view for workers (dark mode, priority feed, swipe navigation) and boss (bottom nav with Home/Sites/Reports/Team/More). Fully responsive — same feel as a native app.
2FA security
Two-factor authentication via TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). 8 recovery codes per user. Secrets encrypted in the DB. Recommended for boss accounts.
Role management
Four roles: Chef (everything), Backoffice (administration without the mobile app), department head (only their department) and employee (mobile app only). The Chef switches to the employee view with one click to see what their team sees. Via the permissions page, the boss also decides per company what backoffice and department heads may do — from managing stock to inviting new employees.
Departments
Larger businesses are organised into departments (e.g. plumbing, heating, workshop), each with its own colour. The department head sees only their department, the Chef sees everything — with a clean separation of construction sites, work reports and hours.
