The first 14 days are completely free. After that, you choose a subscription that fits your team size: Solo (1 user), Team (up to 5) or Business (up to 15) — from CHF 19 per month, billed monthly or annually (annually with 2 months free). From 16 users, Enterprise is available on request. No setup fees, cancel anytime.

No. Baurapport.ch is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in the browser once and add it to the home screen — done. Runs on iPhone and Android simultaneously, no app-store account, always up to date, no manual updates.

Sites, reports and plans you have already opened stay readable without a connection. What you submit in a dead spot — report, photo, material — is stored on the device and sent the next time you open the app with a connection. Hours and notes are saved with every keystroke on top of that and offered to you next time you open it. With a very weak signal — one bar rather than none — a submission can hang; switching flight mode on and off briefly gets it moving again.

Your employee records their hours per day directly in the site report — split into regular hours, overtime, travel time and standby. That works without a connection too: entries are stored on the device and sent the next time they open the app with a connection. You see every report centrally and export hours per week, employee or site.

Partly. Baurapport records hours per day and person, split into regular hours, overtime, travel time and on-call time, calculates the target hours with public holidays and leave, and keeps the overtime and holiday balance — exportable as PDF or Excel. Not yet recorded are start, end and breaks as required by the Labour Act (Art. 73 ArGV 1), and the app does not apply the overtime rules of your collective agreement. We are extending this; until then, the company remains responsible for it.

The boss invites workers by email. The worker registers via the link, installs the app — done. There are several roles: Boss (full access), Back office (admin in the office), Department lead (sees their department) and Worker (own sites and reports).

After cancellation your access stays until the end of the paid period; we confirm the cancellation by email. After that the app is locked, but for 30 days you can download everything as PDF, CSV or Excel on the «Your data» page or continue with a new subscription. Then we delete all data completely — you'll be warned by email beforehand. You are responsible for keeping your business records (e.g. 10 years under the Code of Obligations): download them in good time.

Yes — you reach us directly via the contact form. We usually reply within one business day. For company subscriptions, on-site introduction is possible (Greater Zurich area).

Yes. A site's approved reports turn into a time-and-materials invoice — with hours, materials and travel, if you wish with an appendix that itemises every single day, and a Swiss QR payment slip. The finished email to the client opens in your mail program, with the PDF attached. A payment reminder and two formal reminder levels are ready as templates, and you record partial payments directly. For new businesses the area is switched on by default; existing businesses enable it on the permissions page.

Yes. Every item has a stock level, a minimum level and a location. Employees record consumption directly in their report; with «Deduct material from stock» switched on, stock follows automatically. If an item drops below its minimum it appears on the reorder list. Tools and protective equipment can be assigned to individual employees — everyone sees what they hold in their own inventory.

Yes. Every vehicle carries its plate, mileage and an assigned employee. Roadworthiness tests, insurance, servicing and your own appointments send a reminder in good time — to the boss and to the driver, as a message and on the phone. No inspection is missed because nobody thought of it.

Yes. In the report the employee records whether they drove themselves or rode along, plus travel time and kilometres. Both can be evaluated separately and, if you wish, put on the invoice — travel time and kilometres each on their own, so you decide what the client sees.

Yes. Employees report holidays, sickness or medical appointments directly in the app, and you approve with one click. The holiday account calculates pro rata by employment rate and start date, and the overtime balance keeps running from the reports. For your accountant there is a monthly statement as Excel, CSV or PDF.
